Easter Lilies       

 

Once again,  we are offering everyone the opportunity to sponsor a lily for the Easter services, in memory of a loved one who has died.  We did this for the first time last year, and it proved a great success, with almost 50 people dedicating a lily.

 

Each lily will cost £5, and you are welcome to sponsor just one, or as many as you want.  The lilies themselves will be either Arum, Calla or Longiflorum, depending on their cost in Easter Week, which is currently completely unpredictable, and will be bought fresh from New Covent Garden market on Maundy Thursday.

 

There will be a list displayed in the church at the Easter Services, naming all those who have had lilies bought in their memory.
