Coffee Rota – St Peter
ad Vincula, Broad Hinton - 04/10/2011 – 18/12/2011
Thank you for agreeing to take part in the coffee rota. If any
date is inconvenient please contact another person on the rota
and arrange a swap. You need only let me know of any changes if
you are suddenly unable to be at church or unable to arrange a
swap. Please apply to me for reimbursement or take it from the
cash tin. Many thanks. The only things you will need to
provide are milk, carton of juice and biscuits. All the other
necessary items are provided as we use Fair Trade items as much
as possible.
The urn will be filled and switched on before the service and
will need to be turned to simmer before the service begins.
You will always get help with the washing up.

At present
we only have a service rota to June 26th and our new
priest is to be installed and licenced on June 22nd.
After that things will probably change – so this is only a temporary
rota. I will send further information when it is known.
