Queen Elizabeth Church Window

You may have read in the Local News about the proposal to install a window in the church to commemorate the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

Click on the images below to read full information about each proposed window design and the relevant artist.

You can see the printed designs from Saturday, 2nd February to Wednesday, 20th February in the Village Hall and in the Church.  If you look at them in the church, you’ll see the size of the window space available.

We really do need your comments.  Please use the simple forms in the Hall and in the church to tell us which design you prefer and why, then put your form in the box provided.  You’ll also find leaflets showing the designs for you to take away and give to friends. The final design choice rests with Salisbury Diocesan Advisory Committee. But your thoughts will enable us to reflect the views of our villagers to that Committee.

Please try to find the time to visit the Church or the Village Hall to view the full information. There is a PCC meeting on 21st February and it would be good to have as much feedback as possible by that date.
