Director John Simpson worked for many years as a chef within some of the top hotels and restaurants in the country including the red four star Castle Hotel in Taunton under Head Chef Gary Rhodes, where the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star, and the five star Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe. John set up Hospitality Services Limited to bring the same exemplary levels of service quality to his catering and event hire customers, forming a skilled and highly professional team that shares his passion for top class food and service.
